Expands HIV rental assistance program statewide by removing the restriction limiting it to social services districts with populations over five million.

Requires local social services districts to assist persons with medically diagnosed HIV infection in securing required documentation, arranging home visit interviews, and providing referrals for services and resources.

Directs the state office to create and maintain a website with information on HIV/AIDS resources and services throughout the state, including community supports, employment opportunities, and specialized medical professionals.

Repeals subdivision 15 of section 131-a of the social services law.

Takes effect 90 days after becoming law.
