Establishes monthly personal needs allowances for individuals receiving enhanced residential care, with amounts increasing from $207.00 in 2020 to $300.00 by 2025.

Sets public assistance benefits for eligible individuals in enhanced residential care at $1,477.00 monthly (January-March 2021), increasing to $1,570.00 by 2024, with couples receiving double the individual amount.

Creates a new schedule of monthly public assistance grants for persons and families in temporary housing assistance or shelters that provide three meals per day, ranging from $183 for one person to $714 for six persons, plus $96 for each additional household member.

Takes effect on the same date as sections 1 and 2 of part K of chapter 56 of the 2020 laws, except section 3 takes effect April 1 of the year following enactment.
