Expands "course of sexual conduct against a child in the first degree" to require at least one additional act of sexual conduct when the child is less than seventeen years old, in addition to existing requirements for younger ages.

Expands "course of sexual conduct against a child in the second degree" to require at least one additional act of sexual conduct when the child is less than seventeen years old, in addition to existing requirements for younger ages.

Removes the prohibition against subsequent prosecution for other sexual offenses involving the same victim that occurred outside the charged time period in both first and second degree course of sexual conduct statutes.

Modifies "predatory sexual assault against a child" to separately criminalize course of sexual conduct against a child in the first degree when the defendant was eighteen years old or more and the victim was less than thirteen years old at the conduct's commencement.

Takes effect immediately upon enactment.
