Requires the board to specify a date not more than 24 months from denial for reconsideration of parole eligibility using the same procedures.

Requires the board to submit quarterly reports to the governor, legislative leaders, and relevant committee chairs detailing number of interviews held, outcomes, denial reasons, board members' votes, and demographic information of denied applicants (without personally identifiable information).

Takes effect immediately, with all persons meeting eligibility criteria as of the effective date to be interviewed within 60 days.
