Department of Housing Preservation and Department of Buildings must maintain data on their websites recording open code violations in public housing developments owned by NYC Housing Authority, using the same format as they use for private entities.

Office of Public Advocate must host and maintain a webpage displaying all open code violations in NYC Housing Authority public housing developments.

City Comptroller shall conduct an annual audit of all repairs undertaken pursuant to article five of subchapter five of the housing maintenance code.

Act takes effect 30 days after becoming law, except the comptroller audit provision takes effect January 1st of the following year.
