Requires the parole board to notify victims at least one week prior to conditionally releasing an inmate convicted of a crime against a family or household member.

Notification must be sent by electronic mail when available, otherwise by certified mail to the victim's last known address.

If the victim's address is a domestic abuse shelter, notice must also be given to the shelter's director or administrator.

Defines "members of the same family or household" to include persons related by blood or marriage, former spouses, and persons who have a child in common regardless of marital or cohabitation history.

Takes effect 60 days after enactment and applies to all inmates conditionally released on or after the effective date.
