Requires same-day voter registration at polling places on election day and during early voting periods for all eligible individuals.

Mandates online voter registration and updates through county and municipal websites, allowing electronic signatures and automated telephone-based registration systems.

Requires source agencies to electronically transmit voter information (name, address, date of birth, citizenship, ID number, party enrollment, and signature) to state and local election boards in a standardized format by January 1, 2024.

Prohibits election boards from refusing to register voters based on missing optional information fields when data is transmitted from source agencies under the automatic registration program.
