Reduces correction timeframes for mold violations: non-hazardous violations must be corrected within 30 days, hazardous violations within 15 days, and immediately hazardous violations within 7 days of service of notice.

Limits postponements for immediately hazardous violations to a maximum of 7 days (reduced from 14 days) and prohibits postponements when the violation resulted from a reinspection of an uncorrected hazardous violation.

Requires the Department of Housing Preservation and Development to conduct follow-up inspections within specified timeframes after correction certification or the correction date: 30 days for non-hazardous violations, 15 days for hazardous violations, and 7 days for immediately hazardous violations.

Takes effect 30 days after becoming law.
