Amends Election Law by adding Section 17-158 to create a new misdemeanor offense for interfering with elections through electronic means.

Makes it illegal to place or cause multiple calls or messages via telephone, text, email, fax, or applications with intent to obstruct, prevent, or interfere with election activities.

Applies to interference with: reporting of poll results by polling places, receipt of poll results by election boards, political organizations' get-out-the-vote calls or messages, and political organizations' transportation coordination for voters.

Violators are guilty of a misdemeanor.

Becomes effective on the 60th day after enactment.
