Amends Agriculture and Markets Law Section 203 to prohibit manufacturing, selling, or offering for sale any sugar or syrup in imitation of beech sugar or beech syrup that is not pure beech sugar or beech syrup

Defines beech sugar as sugar made from pure beech sap or pure beech syrup, and beech syrup as syrup made from pure beech sap

Requires any compound or mixture containing beech sugar or beech syrup mixed with other sugars or substances to be branded or labeled with a statement of ingredients

Applies the same branding and labeling requirements to beech syrup mixtures combined with other syrups or ingredients, with an exemption for syrups manufactured and sold for medicinal purposes only

Takes effect immediately upon enactment
