Online platform must allow electronic signature submission through methods including file uploading and touch/stylus interface, with quality comparable to ink signatures.

Website and mobile application must display registration deadlines, timeframes, and information on how voters can confirm their registration status.

State Board of Elections shall make available a web application program interface to allow approved programs to directly transmit voter registration information to state and county boards of elections.

County boards of elections must report annually to the state board on voter registration application forms received through the online system, both in total and separately for website and mobile application submissions.
