Adds new section 13.33 to the Parks, Recreation and Historic Preservation Law to permit recognized veterans' organizations to rent pavilions at state parks, recreational facilities, and historic sites at no cost.

Organizations must follow the same terms and conditions as the general public, but are exempt from all fees and charges for pavilion use.

Applies to facilities under the jurisdiction of the Office of Parks, Recreation and Historic Preservation and any other state agency.

Takes effect immediately upon enactment.
