Establishes a 12-member housing task force to address affordable housing for millennials ages 25 to 35 in suburban counties.

Task force responsibilities include facilitating interagency planning, reviewing agency initiatives, developing partnerships with housing developers, and identifying existing state resources for affordable housing.

Appointment structure: six members by governor (including recommendations from housing, economic development, and housing finance agencies plus Westchester, Nassau, and Suffolk county executives); two by senate president; one by senate minority leader; two by assembly speaker; and one by assembly minority leader.

Creates a sub-task force composed of representatives from Westchester, Nassau, and Suffolk counties to focus on affordable housing in those specific counties.

Task force must issue findings and legislative recommendations to state leadership within two years of the act's effective date, with authority to issue interim recommendations at any time.
