Amends New York Military Law by adding new Section 255 requiring the Division of Military and Naval Affairs to make state and federal benefit information available to National Guard members and their families.

Benefit information must be provided to National Guard members, their spouses, domestic partners, children, and parents, including information from the state family support services program.

Requires benefit information to be made available in both printed form and posted electronically on the Division of Military and Naval Affairs website.

Takes effect 60 days after becoming law.
