Direct the city of New York to conduct a detailed analysis of stormwater and groundwater issues in southeast Queens, including the communities of Ozone Park, South Ozone Park, Jamaica, Hollis, Springfield Gardens, Laurelton, Rosedale, and Brookville

Analysis must evaluate the feasibility and efficacy of installing reverse seepage basins, the status of stormwater sewer upgrades, and the potential rehabilitation of former water supply wells

Require submission of a report with findings to the legislature no later than June 30, 2023

Take effect immediately upon enactment
