Removes the existing 100-foot radial restriction on electioneering near polling places and replaces it with either a 600-foot radial distance or the entire property containing the polling place.

Allows county boards of elections to choose which measurement (600-foot radial or entire property) applies to each polling location, with the decision announced on their website at least 24 hours before voting begins.

Exempts floors above or below a polling site in multi-story buildings from electioneering restrictions if not visible to voters entering or exiting, but applies restrictions to stairwells providing access to the polling location.

Maintains existing prohibitions on political banners, signs, buttons, posters, and placards within the restricted areas while polls are open.

Takes effect immediately upon enactment.
