Requires the workers' compensation board to translate all documents and forms into the ten most common non-English languages spoken by limited-English proficiency individuals in New York State.

Mandates the board provide interpretation services to injured employees regarding provision of services, information, and benefits.

Requires the board to publish a language access plan including means of providing language assistance, translated documents by language, bilingual employee positions, employee training requirements, and annual monitoring procedures.

Establishes a language access coordinator position at the board responsible for annually monitoring compliance, collecting data on language assistance services, and reviewing translated materials availability.

Takes effect 90 days after becoming law, with authority to implement necessary rules and regulations immediately upon enactment.
