Requires boards of elections to copy electronically rendered images of each cast ballot and associated cast vote records from ballot scanner memory cards within one week after an election.

Makes electronic ballot images and cast vote records public records available upon request from the board of elections.

Maintains existing procedures allowing courts, judges, and legislative committees to examine voting machine data for contested elections.

Takes effect immediately upon enactment.
