Amends workers' compensation law Section 120 to explicitly include retaliation protections alongside discrimination protections for employees claiming benefits or testifying in workers' compensation proceedings.

Expands the definition of discrimination and retaliation to include threatening to contact immigration authorities or reporting an employee's immigration status or citizenship to federal, state, or local agencies.

Increases the penalty for violations from a minimum of $100 to a minimum of $500, and raises the maximum penalty from $500 to $2,500.

Requires employers found in violation and affected employees to report compliance to the board within 30 days of a final determination, with enforcement mechanisms available for non-compliance.

Takes effect 90 days after becoming law.
