Amends Public Lands Law section 19-b to extend state aid eligibility to lands in the town of Ashford, Cattaraugus County that were transferred to the state and previously subject to state jurisdiction.

State aid becomes payable to taxing authorities when assessed valuation decreases due to land transfer to the state, in addition to existing provisions covering the West Valley Nuclear Fuel Services facility.

State aid is calculated based on taxes that would have been levied on the land during the year it was acquired by the state, adjusted for assessment changes but not less than the 1980 assessment roll.

Legislation takes effect immediately with first payment of state aid based on assessment rolls completed in 2020.
