Authorizes the Hempstead town assessor to accept a late tax exemption application from the Bellmore Fire District for tax years 2020-2022 on nine parcels located at 2800 Royle Street in Bellmore, Nassau County.

Allows the assessor to review the application as if it had been timely filed and grant exemption from all taxes if the Fire District would otherwise qualify, subject to approval by the Nassau County Legislature.

Permits refund of any taxes, fines, and penalties already paid by the Fire District, and cancellation of any remaining unpaid taxes, fines, penalties, interest, or tax liens.

Applies to a portion of 2020 general and school taxes, all 2021 general taxes, all 2021-2022 school taxes, and all 2022 general taxes on Nassau County tax map parcels in section 56, block 344, lots 71-79.
