Authorizes assessors of Freeport village and Nassau County to accept a late real property tax exemption application from Choice for All, a not-for-profit organization, for the 2018-2019 and 2019-2020 assessment rolls.

Exemption applies to property located at 358 North Main Street, Freeport, Nassau County (Section 55, Block 363, Lot 663), and allows the application to be reviewed as if filed by the taxable status date deadline.

Requires approval from both Freeport village and Nassau County assessors before exemption can be granted; if approved and taxes were paid, the applicable governing body may refund taxes and cancel any unpaid taxes, fines, penalties, liens, or interest.

Takes effect immediately upon enactment.
