Prohibits the Workers' Compensation Board and its chairman from requiring durable medical equipment providers to be certified as New York State Medicaid enrolled suppliers.

Requires the board and chairman to conduct a study on the impacts of accreditation on costs and market share for durable medical equipment providers before implementing any accreditation requirements, including input from providers and stakeholders.

Prohibits the board and chairman from adopting rules or regulations that reimburse durable medical equipment at less than 100 percent of the New York State Medicaid durable medical equipment fee schedule.

Voids any existing board or chairman regulations that conflict with these provisions, including any contrary provisions in 12 NYCRR Part 442, effective immediately upon passage.
