Authorizes the assessor of the town of Riverhead to accept a late real property tax exemption application from Long Island Science Center for the 2019-2020 assessment roll.

Applies to property located at 111 East Main Street, Riverhead (Suffolk County tax map district 0600, section 129.000, block 0001, lot 011.000).

Permits the assessor, with town board approval, to grant tax exemption retroactive to the date of property conveyance and cancel all unpaid taxes, fines, penalties, and interest.

Requires the assessor to repay any taxes, fines, penalties, and interest already paid by the organization and correct the assessment roll.

Takes effect immediately upon enactment.
