Creates a not-for-profit corporation called the "East Amherst Fire Department Benevolent Association" composed of active and former volunteer members of the East Amherst Fire Department, Inc. in Erie County.

Establishes eligibility for membership including active volunteer firefighters who have acquired exempt volunteer firefighter status, excluding paid firefighters and those removed for cause who have not been reinstated.

Designates purposes including providing relief and assistance to indigent, disabled, or injured volunteer members and their families; maintaining headquarters; and promoting social and recreational activities.

Establishes governance through a board of trustees consisting of at least 7 members (president, vice-president, secretary, treasurer, and 3 additional trustees) elected at annual meetings.

Authorizes the corporation to collect fire insurance premium taxes under Insurance Law sections 9104 and 9105 for property protected by the East Amherst Fire Department, with tax collection provisions effective January 1, 2022.
