Amends Labor Law Section 33 to allow the Department of Labor Commissioner, Board, and affected persons to serve written notices by electronic communication in addition to mail and personal delivery.

Requires affirmative consent from the recipient to receive notices electronically, with clear disclosure that enrollment is voluntary and mail or personal service remain available options.

Extends electronic notice provisions to partnerships, corporations, and limited liability companies, allowing service to any partner, officer, agent, or member with entity consent.

Permits electronic service of department orders and demands with the consent of the affected person, in addition to existing methods of service.

Takes effect immediately upon enactment.
