Requires insurance policies to cover at least one transvaginal ultrasound between 16-24 weeks of pregnancy for all pregnant individuals.

Mandates coverage for transvaginal ultrasounds every two weeks from 16-24 weeks for pregnant individuals with: history of early delivery (13-37 weeks), prior cervical procedures (LEEP or cone biopsy), multifetal pregnancies, uterine structural defects (bicornuate, septate, or unicornuate uterus), or prior cesarean delivery after obstructed labor.

Applies requirements to three insurance law sections covering different types of health insurance policies: section 3216 (hospital and health service corporations), section 3221 (health maintenance organizations), and section 4303 (insurance companies).

Takes effect 60 days after becoming law, with immediate authorization for regulatory changes needed for implementation.
