Permits minors ages 12-13 to work as referees, umpires, or officials at youth sporting events for children predominantly age 10 or younger, with parental written consent and proof of satisfactory academic standing from their school each marking period.

Limits minors ages 12-13 to serving as a referee, umpire, or official at no more than one youth sporting event per week.

Exempts service as a referee, umpire, or official at youth sporting events for children predominantly age 12 or younger from child labor restrictions on working hours and conditions.

Exempts service as a referee, umpire, or official at youth sporting events for children predominantly age 15 or younger from child labor restrictions on working hours and conditions.
