Requires the superintendent of financial services to submit an annual report to the temporary president of the senate and speaker of the assembly no later than 30 days after each year end

The annual report must include a summary of topics discussed at state charter advisory board meetings and any legislative recommendations from those meetings or board members

Extends the expiration date of section 205-b of the financial services law from October 3, 2021 to October 3, 2026

Takes effect immediately upon enactment
