Adds a new section 15 to the COVID-19 emergency rental assistance program act of 2021 to allow municipal corporations to incorporate provisions from sections 8, 9, 10, or 11 of that act into their own emergency rental assistance programs.

Provisions incorporated by municipalities shall be enforceable in the same manner and extent as provisions of the state program.

References to "commissioner" in incorporated provisions are redefined to mean the chief executive officer of the municipal corporation operating the emergency rental assistance program.

Takes effect immediately upon enactment, with automatic repeal if the underlying COVID-19 emergency rental assistance program act of 2021 is repealed.
