Authorizes Suffolk County to discontinue and convert 8.907 acres of parkland (located in Southampton) for use by the county department of public works, validating any prior alienation that occurred without prior state legislative authorization.

Requires Suffolk County to dedicate replacement parkland totaling 21.533 acres (Parcels A and B in West Hampton) before the original parkland can be alienated.

Requires the replacement parkland to have equal or greater fair market value than the alienated parkland; if values are not equal, the county must use the difference to acquire additional parklands or make capital improvements to existing parks and recreational facilities.

Requires compliance with all federal requirements if the original parkland received any federal funding support for purchase, maintenance, or improvement, including obtaining approval from the secretary of the interior.

Takes effect immediately upon enactment.
