Department of Labor shall develop, establish, and implement a public awareness campaign promoting the New York State job bank and related programs deemed appropriate by the Commissioner of Labor

Campaign shall use multiple media channels including internet, radio, newspapers, brochures, billboards, posters, and may recruit public ambassadors to promote the message

Public awareness campaign must begin no later than 90 days after the act becomes effective

Department of Labor shall submit annual reports to the Governor and Legislature by December 1st each year detailing campaign actions taken and funding needs for the following fiscal year

Act takes effect immediately upon enactment
