Amends Election Law Section 8-600 to require the county seat in Warren County to have at least one polling place designated for early voting.

Expands existing requirement that already applied to the largest city in each county, municipalities with highest population, and the county seat in Washington County.

Requires polling places to be situated along public transportation routes to the extent practicable.

Takes effect April 1, 2022 and applies to all general, primary, run-off primary, and special elections held thereafter.
