Amends Social Services Law Section 483-cc to allow law enforcement agencies and district attorney's offices to inform human trafficking victims where written materials about social and legal services are available online, rather than requiring physical distribution of brochures.

Requires written materials to be translated into the six most common non-English languages spoken by limited English proficient individuals in the state or applicable county, city, or town.

Changes the requirement from law enforcement "requesting" provider representatives to "offering to" contact appropriate providers and "connect" them with apparent victims.

Removes the requirement that victims' refusal of provider assistance be documented in writing or other recorded form.

Takes effect on the same date as the 2021 legislation (S.924 and A.3331) that originally established human trafficking victim notification requirements.
