Amends the Public Housing Law to modify reporting deadlines and frequency for fair housing initiatives, moving the initial draft report deadline from October 30 to February 1, 2022.

Requires the Commissioner to produce a comprehensive fair housing report every five years (instead of annually) detailing significant initiatives, policies, programs, and recommendations for improving fair housing in New York.

Reduces the public comment period for draft reports from 30 days to 21 days, with the final report submission deadline moved from December 1 to March 10.

Establishes new interim reporting requirements for the second and fourth year following each full report, due by February 1, documenting progress on prior recommendations and new fair housing initiatives.

Takes effect on the same date as the 2021 legislation establishing the obligation to affirmatively further fair housing (referenced as S.1353-A and A.5428-A).
