Requires quarterly reports to legislative leaders and the governor detailing the number of parole interviews conducted, outcomes, denial reasons, board member votes, and demographic information (race, sex, facility, crime) of denied applicants, published on a publicly accessible website.

Takes effect immediately, with all persons meeting eligibility requirements as of the effective date to be interviewed within 60 days of enactment.
