Amends the purposes of Lewiston No. 1 Volunteer and Exempt Firemen's Benevolent Association to include promoting volunteer fire service welfare, health and safety, morale enhancement through social and recreational activities, and promotion of the volunteer fire service within the territory served by the fire department.

Expands the permissible use of foreign fire insurance premium taxes collected under Insurance Law sections 9104 and 9105 from only care and relief of disabled or indigent firemen and their families to use in furtherance of all purposes stated in the corporation's charter.

Takes effect immediately and applies to taxes due on premiums received on and after January 1, 2022.
