Increases monthly need standard for public assistance eligibility effective July 1, 2022: one-person household from $158 to $246; two-person from $252 to $394; three-person from $336 to $524; four-person from $433 to $675; five-person from $534 to $834; six-person from $617 to $964, with $132 added per additional household member.

Increases maximum monthly public assistance grants using the same amounts and schedule as the monthly need standard, effective July 1, 2022.

Increases home energy grant amounts effective July 1, 2022: one-person household from $14.10 to $44; two-person from $22.50 to $70; three-person from $30.00 to $94; four-person from $38.70 to $121; five-person from $47.70 to $149; six-person from $55.20 to $172, with $24 added per additional household member.

Increases supplemental home energy grant amounts effective July 1, 2022: one-person household from $11 to $28; two-person from $17 to $43; three-person from $23 to $59; four-person from $30 to $76; five-person from $37 to $94; six-person from $42 to $107, with $13 added per additional household member.

Provides for annual increases to all amounts based on federal Social Security Administration cost of living adjustments after July 1, 2022.
