Queens county board of elections must provide written language assistance in Bengali, Punjabi, and Hindi pursuant to section 203 of the Voting Rights Act of 1965

Language assistance shall include ballots, signs, voter mailings, employee and volunteer training materials, and information on the board's website

Board must produce and disseminate a countywide booklet containing a voter registration form in English with instructions in Bengali, Punjabi, and Hindi

Booklet must include instructions in Bengali, Punjabi, and Hindi regarding absentee ballot criteria and application process, plus general voter information and frequently asked questions in those three languages

Act takes effect 120 days after becoming law, with rules and regulations for implementation authorized immediately
