Requires operators of commercial service airports and general aviation airports to display informational cards and/or signs about human trafficking victim services in public restrooms in a conspicuous manner.

Cards and signs must be developed by either the Office of Temporary and Disability Assistance in consultation with the New York State Interagency Task Force on Human Trafficking, or the United States Department of Homeland Security.

All informational materials must contain only information about human trafficking victim services and must prominently display the national human trafficking hotline telephone number.

Exempts airports operated by bi-state authorities from these requirements.

Defines commercial service airports as public airports with at least 2,500 annual passenger boardings and scheduled passenger service, and general aviation airports as those with fewer boardings or no scheduled service.
