Amends the Religious Corporations Law to authorize boards of trustees to hold meetings partially or solely by means of electronic communication at their discretion.

Designates the electronic service or platform as the official place of the meeting when meetings are held solely by electronic communication.

Requires boards of trustees to adopt guidelines and procedures governing partially or solely electronic meetings and individual participation in such meetings.

Repeals a conflicting provision of the Religious Corporations Law enacted in chapter 98 of the laws of 2021.

Takes effect immediately upon enactment.
