Requires Port Authority bus terminals to display informational cards and signs about human trafficking victim services in public restrooms in a conspicuous manner.

Information materials must be developed by either the New York Office of Temporary and Disability Assistance in consultation with the state's interagency task force on human trafficking, or the United States Department of Homeland Security.

All informational materials shall contain only information about human trafficking victim services and must prominently display the national human trafficking hotline telephone number.

Effective 60 days after enactment, or immediately if New Jersey has already enacted identical legislation, with Port Authority chairman to notify the legislative bill drafting commission upon New Jersey's enactment.
