Directs the Division of Veterans' Services to develop a searchable veterans memorial registry in consultation with the New York State Military Museum and Veterans Resource Center, Office of Parks, Recreation and Historic Preservation, Office of General Services, and State Historian.

Registry must be made available on the Division's website and include location of memorials, the veterans or battles being honored, and optional historical information such as who authorized the memorial and its dedication year.

Registry shall be searchable by location, veteran name, or battle.

Allows the Division to solicit information from local historians and permits individuals, organizations, local veterans' service agencies, and congressionally chartered veterans' service organizations to submit memorial information using forms developed by the Division.

Takes effect one year after enactment, with authority granted to adopt necessary rules and regulations immediately upon passage.
