Requires the Division of Housing and Community Renewal to issue an annual report on the Access to Home programs detailing data and program progress from the previous year.

Report must include number of contracts awarded, funding amounts, projects completed, project types with average costs, geographic diversity of beneficiaries, and demographic information of beneficiaries.

Report must also cover unmet demand from applicants, number and demographics of denied applicants, and average timeline for project completion.

Requires the annual report to be posted on the Division's website in a clear and conspicuous manner for public access.

Mandates the Division undertake ongoing promotion of the Access to Home program to eligible applicants and property owners to encourage participation and assess unmet need.
