Amends the social services law to expand the definition of "provider" or "provider agency" under section 424-a to include private, nonprofit incorporated agencies that meet state office of children and family services program standards for child advocacy centers

Adds child advocacy centers meeting specific state program standards to the list of entities subject to employment and contractor vetting requirements under the existing law

Takes effect immediately upon enactment
