Authorizes the assessor of the town of Brookhaven, Suffolk County to accept a late real property tax exemption application from Tu Vien Truc Lam Buddhist Central, Inc., a not-for-profit corporation, for the 2021 assessment roll.

Permits the application to be reviewed as if it had been filed by the taxable status date, despite being submitted after the deadline.

Applies to property located at 356 Terryville Road, Port Jefferson Station, Brookhaven (Suffolk County tax map district 0200, section 227.00, block 07.00, lot 011.000).

Allows the assessor to grant exemption from school taxes and general taxes upon town board approval if the corporation qualifies for the exemption under section 420-a of the real property tax law.

Requires refund of any taxes, fines, and penalties already paid, with remaining unpaid taxes cancelled, if exemption is granted.
