Requires truck stop operators to display informational cards and/or signs in all public sanitary facilities in plain view and conspicuous locations.

Informational materials must be developed by either the Office of Temporary and Disability Assistance in consultation with the New York State Interagency Task Force on Human Trafficking, or the United States Department of Homeland Security.

All informational cards and signs must contain only information concerning services for human trafficking victims and must prominently display the national human trafficking hotline telephone number.

Defines "truck stop" as a facility providing fuel or service to commercial motor vehicles located within 2,500 feet of a controlled-access highway classified as principal arterial by the Department of Transportation and approved by the Federal Highway Administration.

Takes effect 60 days after becoming law.
