Amends Public Authorities Law by adding section 2799-ggg-1 to authorize the Syracuse regional airport authority to establish and maintain an authority police department and uniformed police force

Members of the uniformed police force shall be classified as "police officers" under Criminal Procedure Law section 1.20(34)(e) with full powers and subject to the same jurisdictional provisions

Police officers' geographical jurisdiction is limited to buildings and grounds owned, occupied, or operated by the authority

Authority police force may enforce and prevent violation of all laws within authority facilities, but this does not grant exclusive jurisdiction or prevent the authority from using local police services

The authority police force shall continue to perform traditional police functions previously performed by the Syracuse Police Department
