Creates a state commission within the Department of Labor to study the impact of automation and artificial intelligence on New York's labor force, including job displacement, wages, and workforce training needs

Commission composition includes eleven members appointed by the Governor (5), temporary president of the Senate (2), Senate minority leader (1), Speaker of the Assembly (2), and Assembly minority leader (1)

Commission must issue a final report within one year of the effective date with recommendations on preparing for workplace disruption caused by automation and AI deployment, submitted to legislative and executive leadership

Commission expires and is repealed 2 years after the effective date; members receive no compensation but are reimbursed for actual and necessary expenses
