Creates a not-for-profit corporation called the "Croton Falls Volunteer Fire Department Benevolent Association" in Westchester County composed of active and former volunteer members of the Croton Falls Volunteer Fire Department, Inc.

Eligible members include active volunteer firefighters with exempt volunteer firefighter status under General Municipal Law section 200, except those removed, expelled, or dropped from the fire department rolls without reinstatement; membership terminates if a member withdraws before completing five years of service.

Corporation purposes include providing relief and aid to indigent, disabled, or injured volunteer members and their families; maintaining headquarters; promoting member welfare, health, and safety; and providing social and recreational activities.

Board of trustees consisting of at least seven members (president, vice-president, secretary, treasurer, and three trustees) shall control corporation funds, property, and affairs as prescribed by by-laws adopted at an organization meeting held within 60 days of the act's effective date.

Corporation shall collect fire insurance premium taxes under Insurance Law sections 9104 and 9105 for the fire department's benefit, with tax provisions applying to premiums received on or after January 1, 2023.
